Thermatech
has invested a lot of time and money into the research
and development of our coating and jointing systems. We
have incorporated strength, flexibility and a specifically
formulated topping coat to blend the two surfaces together.

In
addition to conventional fixing of standard mouldings and
profiles, Thermatech has developed specific methods of mechanical
fixing and our own 2-pot adhesive system. This system greatly
improves adhesion to the substrate when required for larger
polystyrene extrusions or when specifically requested. |

capacity to pre-finish panels, mouldings and wall sections
not only dramatically reduces on site labor time but also
means existing structures generally require no additional
engineering to support the new façade. |
